Security
An agent in your meetings hears what your team hears. Here is exactly how SuperKind handles that.
In the meeting
- It never hides. It joins as a visible participant with (AI) after its name.
- It only joins calls you send it to. A meeting link you paste, or the calls on a calendar you connect.
Your data
- Each workspace is kept separate. Calls, transcripts, memory and settings live in that workspace's own storage.
- People see their own calls. Members see their agent's calls. Owners and admins can see the whole workspace.
- You can remove it. Remove a call and its transcript, forget a document and what it taught, or edit and delete any lesson.
- You control learning. Turn learning off and it only remembers what you tell it.
- Secrets are encrypted. Calendar links and demo-site passwords are stored encrypted.
Accounts
- Passwords are never stored. Only a salted, slow hash of them.
- Sign-in can't be read by other code. The sign-in cookie is HTTP-only, secure and same-site.
- Roles. Owners and admins manage the team and workspace settings. Members run their own agent.
Who processes what
- Cloudflare runs the app and stores your workspace's data.
- Recall.ai brings the agent into Meet, Zoom and Teams and transcribes the call.
- OpenAI and Google Gemini power the agent's live voice.
- Anthropic's Claude does the reading, thinking and learning, through Cloudflare.
- ElevenLabs and Deepgram provide some of the voices, and Simli the talking face when you choose it.
